Hühnerfrikassee
Hühnerfrikassee was a costume & sound performance by Jens Vetter and Sarah Leimcke, who had just formed the artist project Gruppe Schleife. The performance centered around the process of cooking the german dish "Hühnerfrikassee" live on stage. The cooking process was accompanied by a live music performance, in which the recipe and the context was abstracted into songs, which were performed live. The performance then ended with serving the finished dish to the audience.
Hühnerfrikassee was presented on music festivals, in art exhibitions and in public places, such as Oktogon Dresden, Ostrale Festival Dresden, Bethanien Berlin, Mozartplatz Salzburg.
